For support requests, questions, or feedback, email support@canacia.com.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Please include your app version and device information when reporting issues.
2. Platform availability
Canacia is currently in beta for Android. Access is being rolled out in controlled batches.
iOS availability will be announced through the website and product update channels.
3. Language support
The app and website are available in English, German, and Turkish.
Support inquiries can be submitted in any of these languages.
4. Beta access
Beta invitations are issued in controlled batches. If you have registered for beta access, you will be notified by email when access is available for your region.
If you have not yet registered, you can do so on the homepage.
5. Common questions
Do I need an account? No. The app works in guest mode without an account. An account is only needed for cloud sync.
How do I delete my account? Use the delete account option in the app's account and privacy settings, or email support@canacia.com. See the Account Deletion page for details.
Is my data stored on my device? Yes. Canacia is local-first. Data stays on your device unless you enable cloud sync.
What does Rasta do? Rasta is the diagnostic system that evaluates your case photos alongside grow context to identify probable stress causes and generate follow-up plans.
